If there is a quality problem during the warranty period, you need to take a picture and send it to our sales team, or return the defective product. Our engineers analyzed the reasons for the broken LED lights to ensure that such problems do not occur again. Meanwhile, we will send you new LED lights in your next order.

When you confirm the order, we will usually deliver within 25-30 days, if you request expedited, we will expedited production according to your situation.
First, you send us an inquiry to tell us what LED light product you need. Then we make a PI for you. When we receive payment, samples will be sent out from our LED lighting factory within 3-5 working days.
For new customers, we generally confirm the order with a 30% deposit, and 70% of the balance should be paid before shipment.
