Thanks to our strong QC engineers, we guarantee all products from Olala LED light factory you receive are defect free.

Our LED lights factory provides 2-5 years warranty(accprding different customer have different request), it doesn’t mean that LED lights only have such a long life, they usually last longer than the warranty period.

If there is a quality problem during the warranty period, you need to take a picture and send it to our sales team, or return the defective product. Our engineers analyzed the reasons for the broken LED lights to ensure that such problems do not occur again. Meanwhile, we will send you new LED lights in your next order.
